The Outdoor Smart Camera with a resolution of 2MP enables you to keep an eye on your property from anywhere and at any time through the Orange Smart Life JO mobile App. The camera's one-way audio feature allows you to talk with people outside your home using your smartphone, while its motion detection system notifies you whenever it detects any suspicious movement.
The installation service for the device is optional with 20 JD fees per visit (regardless of the number of devices) including sales tax.
In the event that the buyer does not want to install the camera through the Orange team, Orange is not responsible for any damage that occurs during the installation process, and Orange is obligated to provide a warranty on the camera in respect of any malfunction or manufacturing defect on it and not resulting from misuse.

- Smart Life can be sold as an installment as below:
- Orange Fiber Lines subscribers only are able to do Installment over fiber lines for a period of 24 months with the below rules:
i.The line age from 0 – 3 months: maximum installment amount is 2.32 JD/Month and no due bills.
ii.The line age from 3 – 6 months: maximum installment amount is 4.64 JD/Month and no due bills.
iii.The line age above 6 months: the maximum installment amount is 11.6 JD/Month and no due bills, and the customer should pay 2 bills in advance. - The monthly payments for the devices will be added to the Orange Fiber bill.
- Buying any Smart Life device as installment will not affect the commitment date of the internet lines.
- If the Orange Fiber service is canceled / stopped for any reason, the subscriber will be required to pay the remaining installment amount of the device.
- Only residential lines can get installment.
- Installment option is only available for Jordanian customers and not available for non-Jordanian one.
- Orange company is entitled to stop the service at any time in the event of cancelling the services of Orange Fiber or not making monthly payments.
- Terms and conditions of services for the sale of Smart Life devices apply.
- Terms and conditions apply to obtain devices through the installment program and are subject to management approval.
