5G Terms & Conditions
- Orange guarantees 5G coverage only in the customer’s home address that is registered in the contract & application form.
- Customers need to check that their devices (mobile, tablet, laptop, .. ) support requested offer speed.
- Four-days trial period from the activation date (for new subscribers only) without exceeding 20 GB consumption within 4 days from the activation date provided that there is a technical issue at the specified location in the contract according to the technical team’s feedback.
- Customer needs to return the 5G device upon cancelling the line.
- Fair usage policy applies on speed and 5G data bundle
- Download speed up to 100 Mbps
- Download and upload speeds are not symmetrical, as many factors can affect speed.
- Orange additional offers and features (such as eShop gifts and discount are exclusive for the eShop purchases) may vary from one sale channel to another, based on the current running promotion in each channel at purchase.
- The monthly subscription will be deducted from the retirement salary by the Social Security Corporation.
- The customer will be required to sign the 5G contract and a Social Security deduction consent form.
- The first bill will be a percentage and proportion between the number of days of the first month and the new month, and the fixed monthly offer price will be deducted from the retirement salary. As for the difference in days, the customer will have to pay it himself through our showrooms or electronic payment channels.
- Any additional amounts, such as subscriptions for added services, must be paid through our showrooms or electronic payment channels and will not be deducted from your salary.

How to know if I am covered with 5G?
Coverage is available in specific areas across the kingdom, and we are working to expand it as soon as possible. Check coverage through Coverage map .
How does this service work?
As a new 5G Home customer, you’ll receive a 5G router for internet connection at the time of your service application. It will include a Data SIM, all you have to do is connect them at your home as mentioned in the installation manual.
When will I receive my bill (What are the bill cycles)?
We dispatch your bill every 15th of the month, and it will include a month in advance.
What will the first bill include?
Your first bill will include one month in advance plus the period from the activation date until the bill issuance date.
Will I always get a consistent speed?
Individual speed results may vary due to weather and interference from buildings. The best coverage experience can be achieved when:
- The 5G device is placed near a window.
- The device is in an open space away from walls, obstructions, or heavy-duty appliances. Note: It is recommended to perform the speed test using an Ethernet cable after disconnecting all other devices.
What happens if I don’t have 5G in my area?
The device will automatically connect to 4G.
If I need to cancel my contract early, what fees will I incur?
In case of early contract termination, the following fees will apply:
- 5G monthly fees for the remaining commitment period (including router rental).
- 5G router termination fee if not returned (50 JD, tax exclusive).
Can I switch from my current Orange 4G to 5G Home?
Yes, you can migrate from 4G Internet Everywhere to 5G Home if your subscription has been active for 5 months or more under the same national ID.

What is the difference between Fiber & 5G Home internet?
There is no direct comparison between Fiber and 5G, as each service depends on a different technology:
- Fiber provides fixed, guaranteed speeds starting from 200 Mbps up to 10,000 Mbps.
- 5G Home relies on cellular towers and speed depends on network load.
- 5G offers much faster speeds and lower latency compared to 4G.

Can I migrate from ADSL to 5G offers?
