• The monthly subscription will be deducted from the retirement salary by the Social Security Corporation.
• The customer will be required to sign the Fiber contract and a Social Security deduction consent form.
• The first bill will be a percentage and proportion between the number of days of the first month and the new month, and the fixed monthly offer price will be deducted from the retirement salary. As for the difference in days, the customer will have to pay it himself through our showrooms or electronic payment channels.
• Any additional amounts, such as subscriptions for added services, must be paid through our showrooms or electronic payment channels and will not be deducted from your salary.
• To get the full new speed, it is recommended to connect via cable directly from the modem, as the speed is affected by the wireless network depending on the type of customer devices and the surrounding conditions that affect the signal. Therefore, checking the speed via the wireless network is not considered a correct method for testing. To ensure getting the full speed, you must connect via cable, and it is not possible to guarantee that the full speed will be reached via wireless.
