• The customer should ensure that the devices he/she owns (mobile, Laptop…) support the selected Fiber speed
• We guarantee a speed of 100 Mb through the network via the Ethernet cable only
  
• Orange additional offers and features (such as eShop gifts and discount are exclusive for the eShop purchases) may vary from one sale channel to another, based on the current running promotion in each channel at purchase.
• 16% tax will be added to the offers Monthly fees, Devices, and extra services price.
• You can benefit from the devices associated with your offers such as The fiber box, as long as your subscribed to the service, and once you cancel the service the devices should be returned

WiFi 6 Terms and Conditions

• All Orange Fiber offers include a WiFi 6 Fiber box. Additionally, for Fiber 100 offer only, a WiFi 6 Extender is also included.
• To benefit from the best experience, please make sure that your home devices (handset, tablet…etc.) support WiFi 6 technology.
• You will keep benefiting from the devices associated with your Fiber offer as long as your subscribed to Orange Fiber service. However, once you cancel your Fiber subscription, you must return the devices, otherwise a penalty of 50 JD (+ 16% tax) will be applied.

FIFA World Cup 2026 TOD by beIN Terms & Conditions

• Customers subscribed to Orange Fiber & 5G Home Sports Packages can get access to the FIFA World Cup 2026 knockout package on TOD by beIN, which allows them to watch Watch the knockout matches in 4K HDR quality , on top of 6 months of entertainment. And if a customer decides to cancel the subscription before completing the 24-month period, early termination fees will apply, covering all remaining unpaid months.
• The monthly fees of FIFA World Cup 2026 Knock out pass on TOD by beIN will be added on the customer’s bill even if the line is suspended.
• 2 users can watch the World Cup matches at the same time.
• Subscriptions are not activated automatically, customers must visit www.orange.jo/extra to activate their subscriptions starting from June 10, 2026.
• TOD by beIN subscriptions are available for a limited time only. Orange reserves the right to extend the offer, suspend the service, or modify its terms at any time.
• TOD by beIN subscriptions are intended for personal use only, customers are not permitted to resell the service or use it for commercial purposes.
