• The customer should ensure that the devices he/she owns (mobile, Laptop…) support the selected Fiber speed
• We guarantee a speed of 500 Mb through the network via the Ethernet cable only
  
• Orange additional offers and features (such as eShop gifts and discount are exclusive for the eShop purchases) may vary from one sale channel to another, based on the current running promotion in each channel at purchase.
• 16% tax will be added to the offers Monthly fees, Devices, and extra services price.
• You can benefit from the devices associated with your offers such as The fiber box, as long as your subscribed to the service, and once you cancel the service the devices should be returned

WiFi 6 Terms and Conditions

• All Orange Fiber offers include a WiFi 6 Fiber box. Additionally, for Fiber 500 offer only, a WiFi 6 Extender is also included.
• To benefit from the best experience, please make sure that your home devices (handset, tablet…etc.) support WiFi 6 technology.
• You will keep benefiting from the devices associated with your Fiber offer as long as your subscribed to Orange Fiber service. However, once you cancel your Fiber subscription, you must return the devices, otherwise a penalty of 50 JD (+ 16% tax) will be applied.

Temporary Speed Boost Terms and Conditions

•    The speed boost from 500Mbps to 600Mbps is temporary (till end of 31/07/2026) and free of charge, without the need to renew your current commitment.
•    Once the promotional speed boost ends, starting from 01/07/2026, your Fiber will automatically go back to its original speed (500 Mbps).
•    For the best internet experience, please make sure to:
o    Use an Ethernet cable instead of Wi-Fi to connect computers, game consoles, and TVs…,
o    Ensure your devices support high-speed Wi-Fi.
o    Connect your devices to a 5G-end Wi-Fi network for faster speeds,

FIFA World Cup 2026 TOD by beIN Terms & Conditions

• Customers subscribed to Orange Fiber & 5G Home Sports Packages can get access to the FIFA World Cup 2026 Full Tournament package on TOD by beIN, which allows them to watch all World Cup matches, from the opening game to the final, in 4K HDR Quality, on top of 12 months of entertainment . And if a customer decides to cancel the subscription before completing the 24-month period, early termination fees will apply, covering all remaining unpaid months.
• Orange Fiber & 5G Existing base can get access to the FIFA World Cup 2026 Full Tournament package on TOD by beIN which allows them to watch all World Cup matches, from the opening game to the final, on top of 12 months entertainment for JOD 2.4 per month over 24 months noting that the commitment will be renewed for 24 months when the service is added. And if a customer decides to cancel the subscription before completing the 24-month period, early termination fees will apply, covering all remaining unpaid months.
• The monthly fees of FIFA World Cup 2026 Full Tournament package on TOD by beIN will be added on the customer’s bill even if the line is suspended.
• The service is added during activation, migration on the system by the sales rep as per the sales process and it can’t be removed later on.
• 2 users can watch the World Cup matches at the same time.
• Subscriptions are not activated automatically, customers must visit www.orange.jo/extra to activate their subscriptions starting from June 10, 2026.
• TOD by beIN subscriptions are available for a limited time only. Orange reserves the right to extend the offer, suspend the service, or modify its terms at any time.
• TOD by beIN subscriptions are intended for personal use only, customers are not permitted to resell the service or use it for commercial purposes.
