TOD by beIN Subscription Terms & Conditions
- Customers subscribed to Orange Fiber or 5G Home Full Entertainment or Full Mark plans can add TOD by beIN for a preferred price with 24<-month commitment.
- TOD by beIN allows customers to enjoy live sports, tournaments, movies, series, and entertainment content in 1080 HD quality.
- If a customer cancels the subscription before completing the 24-month commitment, early termination fees will apply, covering all remaining unpaid monthly fees.
- The monthly subscription fee for TOD by beIN will continue to be charged on the customer's bill even if Orange line is suspended.
- Only one user can stream content at a time.
- Subscriptions are not activated automatically. Customers must activate their subscription by visiting www.orange.jo/extra no later than 15 November 2026. After activating the service on Orange Extra page, customers must complete the activation process by using the activation link sent via SMS.
- After activating the service from Orange Extra page, if a customer is not sure they received the activation SMS, they should first check messages received from "Orange" Sender ID, as well as their spam/junk messages. If the SMS is still not found, the customer should contact Orange Call Center on 1214 to request a new activation link.
- Customers who fail to activate their subscription through www.orange.jo/extra by 15 November 2026 will forfeit their entitlement to the subscription. Orange shall not be obligated to provide the subscription or issue any refund.
- Customers who select TOD by beIN as part of their Full Entertainment or Full Mark plans will receive the service for 24 months and will not be permitted to switch it to another included service during the commitment period.
- Existing Orange Fiber and 5G Home customers who are not subscribed to the Full Entertainment or Full Mark plans can add TOD by beIN (1080 HD) as an add on for a different monthly subscription based on the service chosen (prices are up to JOD8 depending on the service quality and the service commitment).
- TOD subscriptions purchased through Orange are independent of any subscriptions purchased directly from TOD. Existing subscriptions cannot be merged, transferred, or linked unless they were originally purchased through Orange.
- Customers may add other eligible Orange Extra services to their subscription as paid add-ons, subject to the applicable fees and terms.
- Customers can access their TOD by beIN subscription on supported devices, including mobile phones, tablets, laptops, and Smart TVs.
- TOD by beIN subscriptions are offered for a limited promotional period. Orange reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to amend, extend, suspend, withdraw, or terminate the offer and/or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time, subject to applicable regulatory requirements.
- TOD by beIN subscriptions are intended solely for personal, private, and non-commercial use. Customers may not resell, sublicense, distribute, publicly display, commercially exploit, or otherwise make the service available to any third party for commercial purposes. Any unauthorized use may result in the suspension or termination of the service, without prejudice to any other rights or remedies available to Orange or TOD by beIN.
