Terms & Conditions

• The devices are guaranteed for one year.
• In case of the installment purchase option:

Orange Lines subscribers (Fiber, ADSL 40 Mbps, Mobile & Internet Everywhere Postpaid Line) only are able to do Installment over mentioned lines for a period of 24 months.

Installment conditions:

• If the line age is between 0 – 3 months, the highest installment amount is 2.9 dinars.

• If the line age is more than 3 months, the following conditions apply:
• Up to 75% of the monthly bill.
• The highest monthly installment amount is 58 dinars.
• Full payment of all due bills.
• The subscriber can install up to 4 devices, regardless of the transaction date.

• The subscriber can also install smart solution devices on Internet Everywhere Postpaid line lines under the following conditions:
• The line age must be at least one year.
• The maximum installment amount follows the following conditions:
• Up to 75% of the monthly bill.
• The highest monthly installment amount is 58 dinars.
• Full payment of all due bills.
• The subscriber can install up to 4 devices, regardless of the transaction date.

• The monthly payments for the devices will be added to the Orange (Fiber, ADSL 40 Mbps, Mobile & Internet Everywhere Postpaid Line) bill.

• Buying any Smart Life device as installment will not affect the commitment date of the internet and mobile postpaid lines.

• If the Orange (Fiber, 40 Mbps ADSL, Mobile & Internet Everywhere Postpaid Line) service is canceled / stopped for any reason, the subscriber will be required to pay the remaining installment amount of the device.

• Only residential lines can get installment.

• Installment option is only available for Jordanian customers and not available for non-Jordanian one.

• Orange company is entitled to stop the service at any time in the event of cancelling the services of Orange Fiber or not making monthly payments.

• Terms and conditions of services for the sale of Smart Life devices apply.

• Terms and conditions apply to obtain devices through the installment program and are subject to management approval.

• Smart Life devices are available in the following shops*: (Zarqa, Marka, Jabal alhussin, Istiklal Mall, Hashmi alshamali, Abu alanda, Daheiet AlYasmin, Wehdat, Nazal, Bab almadinah, Tabarbour, Sahab, Zarqa - King Hussien St., Al-Ashrafieh Center, Jabal Al-Naser, Shafa Badran, Irbid city center, Irbid Thirty St., Irbid, Irbid University St., Aqaba - Saadah St., Thaneiet Alkarak, Aqaba Center, Mutah , City Mall, Safeway 7th, Marj alhamam, Safeway Shmisani, Panorama Mall, Bayader, Target Mall, Smartbuy Taj mall, Abdali, Sweieleh, Al Fuhais, Tla' Al-Ali Center, Boulevard, Mecca Mall, Sweifieh Center, Ein elbasha, Abdoun, Jarash, Khayam).
