Smart bulb is a Wi-Fi LED light bulb that allows you to control and customize the lighting through your smartphone. This smart bulb has multi light mode, multi colors, and can react to music. You can easily turn on/off lights, change the color of lights, dim the brightness with one click or set a schedule for the lights to automatically turn on or off through the Orange smart life JO app.

Voucher Terms & Conditions

• Vouchers will be provided after 5 working days of the delivery date.
• You will receive a WhatsApp message containing the voucher QR Code with amount of 10 JOD.
• When visiting the station, provide Jo Petrol employee with the QR code to redeem the voucher directly.
• The voucher will be redeemed for one time only with the full amount.
• Please make sure that your contact number is activated on WhatsApp, where you will receive Jo Petrol QR Code via WhatsApp linked to the contact number that was provided upon ordering from Orange e-Shop.
• You can redeem the voucher for any fuel product (gasoline, diesel, kerosene) from Jo Petrol.

Terms & Conditions

• The devices are guaranteed for one year.
• In case of the installment purchase option:

Orange Lines subscribers (Fiber, ADSL 40 Mbps, Mobile & Internet Everywhere Postpaid Line) only are able to do Installment over mentioned lines for a period of 24 months.

Installment conditions:

• If the line age is between 0 – 3 months, the highest installment amount is 2.9 dinars.

• If the line age is more than 3 months, the following conditions apply:
• Up to 75% of the monthly bill.
• The highest monthly installment amount is 58 dinars.
• Full payment of all due bills.
• The subscriber can install up to 4 devices, regardless of the transaction date.

• The subscriber can also install smart solution devices on Internet Everywhere Postpaid line lines under the following conditions:
• The line age must be at least one year.
• The maximum installment amount follows the following conditions:
• Up to 75% of the monthly bill.
• The highest monthly installment amount is 58 dinars.
• Full payment of all due bills.
• The subscriber can install up to 4 devices, regardless of the transaction date.

• The monthly payments for the devices will be added to the Orange (Fiber, ADSL 40 Mbps, Mobile & Internet Everywhere Postpaid Line) bill.

• Buying any Smart Life device as installment will not affect the commitment date of the internet and mobile postpaid lines.

• If the Orange (Fiber, 40 Mbps ADSL, Mobile & Internet Everywhere Postpaid Line) service is canceled / stopped for any reason, the subscriber will be required to pay the remaining installment amount of the device.

• Only residential lines can get installment.

• Installment option is only available for Jordanian customers and not available for non-Jordanian one.

• Orange company is entitled to stop the service at any time in the event of cancelling the services of Orange Fiber or not making monthly payments.

• Terms and conditions of services for the sale of Smart Life devices apply.

• Terms and conditions apply to obtain devices through the installment program and are subject to management approval.
