Fiber Terms and Conditions
- Maximum allowed installment amount on the Fiber line shouldn’t exceed 75% from the monthly fees including all devices
- The Fiber line commitment will be renewed for 2 years once the customer get the device
- The Fiber line need to be active for 3 months and above with no due amounts on the bill
- Due amounts should be paid on the Fiber line
- This offer doesn’t include non-Jordanian people
Mobile Postpaid Terms and Conditions
- Mobile Pay Monthly Line Age should be 6 months and above
- All Due amounts should be paid
- Mobile Pay Monthly Line commitment will be renewed for one or two years ( based on the installments period )
- Installment amount not to exceed 50% from the Mobile Pay Monthly Line subscription
- Customers who already have devices subsidy on their line are not eligible to get the device in installments until they finish or pay the remaining fees
