TOD by beIN & JO Academy Subscriptions FAQs

1. What services are included in my offer?

With your offer, you can choose either to add Jo Academy or TOD by beIN depending on your preference as below:

• TOD by beIN allows you to enjoy live sports, tournaments, movies, series, and entertainment content in 1080 HD quality for 2 years, where 1 user can watch at a time.
• If you want online educational content for your children, choose Jo Academy. Each Jo Academy subscription allows you to register up to two children under the same subscription for 2 full classes with the full material for two consecutive years.

2. Can I subscribe to both TOD by beIN and Jo Academy under the same Fiber or 5G Sports & Entertainment offer?

Customers can subscribe to both TOD by beIN and Jo Academy. If they choose to add both services, an additional JOD 5 per month (excluding 16% sales tax) will be added to their monthly bill for 24 months, in addition to the monthly fee of their Fiber or 5G Home offer under the Sports & Education bundle.

Example:
If a customer subscribes to Fiber 100 plan, which costs JOD 18 per month, and adds the Sports & Education bundle, with Jo Academy as his first choice, the monthly bill will become JOD 23 (excluding sales tax). If the customer also chooses to add TOD by beIN as well, the monthly bill will become JOD 28 (excluding sales tax).

Customers can add the second service either:

• At Orange Sales channels (shop, eshop, call center… etc) during the subscription process, or
• At any time before 15^st of November 2026 through the Orange Extra page: www.orange.jo/extra.

24 month commitment applies from the date the service is added.

3. Will the service subscription I choose become activated automatically?

Services subscriptions are not activated automatically. You must activate them from Orange Extra page www.orange.jo/extra before the 15th of November 2026 and activate your subscription.

1. Create an account or log in using your Orange Fiber or 5G number (And follow the steps to create or log into your account on the Extra page)
2. From the services page, select the subscription card for the service you chose when you activated your line.
3. Click "Activate Now."
4. You will receive an SMS with a link to complete your account activation.

4. What happens if I don't activate my subscription before the 15th of November 2026?

If you do not activate your subscription before 15th November 2026, Orange will not be obligated to provide the subscription or issue any refund.

5. Can I cancel my service subscription before the end of the 24 month commitment?

Yes. However, if you cancel your subscription before completing the 24 month commitment, early termination fees will apply, covering all remaining unpaid monthly fees.

6. If I already have a TOD by beIN subscription, can I subscribe to TOD by beIN in the Sports & Entertainment offer with Orange?

Yes. However, the process depends on your current subscription:

• If your current TOD by beIN subscription is not through Orange:
  Your new subscription will be activated as a separate subscription with new login credentials.
• If your current TOD by beIN subscription is through Orange and is still active, you need to check from where you activated your subscription:
  • If you activated your subscription from TOD app using your Orange mobile number then:>
    • Your new subscription will be activated as a separate subscription with new login credentials.
  • If you activated your subscription from Orange Extra page (www.orange.jo/extra) then:
    • Your existing subscription will be deactivated and replaced with the new Sports & Entertainment TOD by beIN subscription, while keeping the same login credentials.

• If your previous TOD by beIN subscription was through Orange but is no longer active:
  1. If you activated your previous subscription from TOD app using your Orange mobile number then:
     • Your new subscription will be activated as a separate subscription with new login credentials.
  2. If you activated your previous subscription from Orange Extra page (www.orange.jo/extra) then:
     • You will get a new subscription with the new packages using the same login credentials.

7. I am trying to log in to Jo Academy or TOD with my email, yet I am requested to subscribe?

Make sure to log into your Jo Academy or TOD account using the correct User ID:

8. Can I link my existing Jo Academy subscription to the subscription purchased through Orange?

Jo Academy subscriptions purchased through Orange are independent of subscriptions purchased directly from Jo Academy. Existing subscriptions cannot be merged, transferred, or linked unless they were originally purchased through Orange.

9. if I choose Jo Academy, what happens if one of my children completes Tawjihi (12th Grade)?

If one of the registered children completes 12th Grade (Tawjihi - 2nd Year), you may replace that student with another child for the second year in the subscription period.

10. My child is in Tawjihi (11th and 12th Grade) and cannot find all the teachers?

Jo Academy subscription offered through Orange provides access to selected teachers only. Not all teachers available on Jo Academy platform are included in Orange subscription. Teacher availability is subject to Jo Academy and may change from time to time.

11. Which teachers are available with Tawjihi (11th and 12th Grade) subscription?

12. If I choose Jo Academy, how will my child be transferred to the next year?

Your child will be automatically transferred to the second year, for example: if he/she is in the 1st class, he will automatically get the 2nd class material by the second year.

13. Can I share or resell my service subscription?

No. TOD by beIN and Jo Academy subscriptions are intended solely for personal, private, and non-commercial use. Customers must not resell, sublicense, distribute, publicly exhibit, commercially exploit, or otherwise make the service available to any third party for commercial purposes. Any unauthorized use may result in suspension or termination of the service.
